At Phelps, we receive feed on a weekly basis and rotate our stock to maintain a fresh supply for your animals. Our field, lawn and vegetable seed is also rotated and kept fresh by only selling seed with a high percentage of germination and testing for the highest percentage of purity. In addition, the majority of our bedding plants are grown locally and restocked and watered regularly to maintain healthy, thriving plants that serve as a perfect addition to any garden or flower bed.
